The manufacturing sector in Yolo and Colusa Counties is growing, offering well-paying, entry-level careers. However, local employers continue to face challenges in finding qualified candidates for these roles. To bridge this gap, we are hosting a special event to bring industry and education leaders together.

The Advancing Manufacturing Career Pathways Educator Night invites K–12 educators, community college faculty, and manufacturers to collaborate on building a coordinated regional talent pipeline. This interactive evening is designed to define what students need to know to successfully enter the workforce and to highlight the high-demand careers available today.
